Joey's Sandwich Shop is owned and operated by me, a guy named Joey! After selling our family's iconic downtown restaurant "Pete's Restaurant" with my mom and dad (his name is Pete) I decided to open up my own place in my neck of the woods. I was born and raised right here in West Knoxville where I currently live with my lovely wife and two amazing children. I am so excited to open Joey's in the West Knoxville Choto community.
